Janhrya is very thorough and patient. She was also very respectful of my history and heard my direct concerns, and was on the same page as me about hitting those concerns head on. I appreciate her disclosure of side effects. It gives me hope.

Jahnyra is a lovely person, but I was very disappointed with the care through TelePysch 4 you. I chose this company because their website discusses non-medical management of disorders. From the very beginning when scheduling an appointment I asked if I was in the right place for a diagnosis and behavioral help without medication. The patient portal is near impossible to work with. My diagnosis was based off a questionnaire I took with no follow up questions about why I made those choices, life experiences, or if anything else could be at play with my diagnosis - I understand there is a lot of overlap between various mental health disorders.. Once my diagnosis was made we went straight to medications. I said hold on I don't want medication and was told I would be emailed a handout on management without medication. I had to reach out again 2 weeks later when I still did not have the form. The form ended up being a 2 page form that had an entire section dedicated to medication. There was no discussion of the topics on the form. In our first appointment I was told I should find a CBT therapist, but no recommendations could be made because everyone has different insurance. I know that is part of how terrible the country's medical insurance system is, but it doesn't seem hard to have a list of recommendations with the note that they may or may not take my insurance. Rather than feeling empowered through a diagnosis I feel more lost than ever. I struggle to stand up for myself and hope that this review will somehow draw attention to the gaps in care provided. I hope that someone else will be able to find a provider that will do what they need or at least they will go into this ready to fight for themselves by knowing what to expect. The final straw for me was when I cancelled my follow up appointment I got a call asking to reschedule because they didn't want my medications to lapse. The office staff couldn't even look to see that I had never been prescribed anything. It is all about medical management without any care for what the patient is requesting. If you are just looking for a quick fix and to be numbed by medication this is probably the company you are looking for. Again, I want to note that Jahnyra is very kind. I am sure she is a great person. I just was unable to get the care I was hoping for and expecting based off the descriptions on the website.

Quick to respond to messages. They go out of their way to make the medication management process as easy as possible. They call back fast when there is an issue with the pharmacy or the insurance. Also their staff has super friendly and helpful in every interaction I’ve had.

I am so pleased with the care that I have received from Dr. Goodwin. She has suggested a medication that is really helped me this past year. She's excellent. I highly recommend her.
