I earned my Medical Assistant certification from Pima Medical Institute in 2019.I chose to pursue a career in healthcare because of my passion for advocating for others, with a particular focus on mental health. I am committed to supporting a community that is often underserved and ensuring individuals feel heard and cared for. I look forward to being a part of your mental health journey.

Vanessa Dorcius, BSN, proudly serves as a graduate nurse at Telepsych 4 You. Her healthcare journey began with six years of experience as a certified medical assistant, followed by her role as an office manager in a primary care setting. These experiences have provided her with a strong foundation in both clinical care and healthcare operations. Vanessa has a deep passion for mental health and is known for her problem-solving abilities and critical thinking in her daily work. She values teamwork and strives to contribute positively to her environment, while also stepping into leadership roles when needed. Friendly and approachable, she enjoys building meaningful connections with both patients and colleagues.

Her knowledge of healthcare, combined with her understanding of office functions, allows her to bring value to the Telepsych 4 You team while delivering compassionate and efficient care to those she serves.

Kyla Thompson

Front Office Manager

Kyla is the Front Office Assistant at Telepsych 4 You, supporting daily operations and helping create a welcoming experience for every patient. She has long felt a strong calling to help others, which led her to pursue a path in mental health care and continue her education toward becoming a psychiatric nurse practitioner.

She is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered support and fostering a space where individuals feel heard and valued.

Kerry Ann, our Billing Assistant, is originally from Jamaica and has experienced both the highs and lows of life. Over the years, she has encountered many individuals facing mental distress, including friends, colleagues, and family members. As an accountant, she readily embraced the opportunity to join the billing department of a company dedicated to supporting those in need. While she is not a healthcare professional, she takes pride in contributing to the important work being done. Her journey continues to evolve she remains fun-loving while bringing dedication and care to her role.
